The Family Visitation was held on Thursday, August 13th at St. Paul's United Methodist Church, Lenexa, Kansas. Approximately 600 people paid their respect to the memory of Dave.

A Celebration of Life was then held on Friday, August 14th at 1PM at Asbury United Methodist Church at 75th and Nall, Overland Park, Kansas.  
The family requested attendees to the Celebration of Life wear blue in honor of Dave.
